For Adult Tours

We offer special experiences for tour groups with a menu of hands-on labs in our classroom, programs in our auditorium and hikes on the fossil beds. Check out our Falls Profile Page for more information. FAM tours can be arranged at no cost. Drivers and tour operators are always free with a group of 10 or more.

Group rate: $9 per person – includes a guided tour of our exhibit gallery and a program of your choice. Programs include hands-on labs, fossil bed hikes (summer and fall), and special programs.

Time: Programs offered morning, early afternoon and late afternoon in two-hour time blocks

Interpretive Center Hours: Mon-Sat 9:00am – 5:00pm Sun 1:00pm – 5:00pm / Memorial Day through Labor Day Daily 9:00am – 5:00pm

Payment: We accept all major credit cards.

We are convenient to every destination in the Louisville Metro area and are located less than five minutes from two bridges to Louisville.

Amenities: Picnic Ground, Gift Shop, Restrooms, Convenient to local restaurants with a variety of different establishments for all tastes.

Bus parking: Rear lot is ample.

Complimentary: Bus drivers and tour group leaders are admitted into the Interpretive Center for free.

Drive-Thru: Tour buses stop briefly for on-bus discussion. However, the bus must not block access roads or our passenger drop-off circle.
