What are Geodes?
- This event has passed.
- February 21 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm EST
Geodes are well-known but little-understood rocks in certain parts of Indiana and Kentucky. What is a geode? How do they form? Why are some hollow and others solid? This program will answer these and other questions. This program coincides with a temporary display of geodes from Indiana and Kentucky in the Interpretive Center’s River Room. This program is free with regular admission.
