Raptor Day at The Falls

The Dwight Chamberlain Raptor Rehab Center at Hardy Lake will bring raptors to the Falls of the Ohio from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A variety of activities will be led by park volunteers inside the interpretive center. $2 per person donation is suggested to benefit the Raptor Center at Hardy Lake.
Day time birds* program at 11 AM – Planned species to see include the Red- Shouldered Hawk, Peregrine Falcon, Turkey Vulture and Eagle.
Night time birds* program at 2 PM – Planned species to see include the Eastern Screech Owl, Barred Owl, Barn Owl and Great Horned Owl.
*What birds will be shown will depend on their condition for travel that morning.
