About the Falls and the Geology of the Falls

“About the Falls” is an overview of the history, philosophy and general information concerning the Falls of the Ohio State Park. There will be information about the Falls’ features; the fossil beds, interpretive center, George Rogers Clark Homesite ; partners, policies and frequently asked visitor questions.
“Geology of the Falls” offers an overview of the geological setting and its connection within the region. The discussion will also touch on paleontology, such as the geological history from the Devonian era to the present. This Volunteer at Heart class is open to the public with museum admission. The Falls of the Ohio Foundation members can attend at no charge.
