A4A App Saturday
Free Admission for Testing and Feedback of App

The Falls of the Ohio Foundation helped with the installation of a new technology at the Falls of the Ohio State Park’s Interpretive Center which will allow those with hearing, visual, or sensory needs to have equal access to the natural, cultural, and historical resources the Center provides.

The new Access 4 All app provides easily accessible, supportive content for visitors including: captions and reinforced audio, audio descriptors, and social stories. We’re very excited to bring this technology to the Interpretive Center and invite our community to provide feedback so that we can improve the app for use.

Free Admission for Testing

To help test this new technology we’re providing free admission to those who are willing to download the app, tour the center, and provide feedback that help us improve the app and visitor experience at the Falls of the Ohio State Park.

App testing will take place May 20 from 10:00-3:00.

Special Thanks to Our Partners

The Access 4 All project was made possible through the generosity of the American Water Charitable Foundation’s Water and Environment grant program, as well as support from the Indiana Parks Alliance. The grants allowed the Falls of the Ohio Foundation to partner with the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, and museum technology firm Communication Electronics Design (CED) to purchase and install the Access 4 All app equipment, and A4A Designs to program and provide additional content for the app in the Interpretive Center.
