Rocks form the skeleton of our landscape. Hill or valley, plain or mountain are made of rock. Our region is underlain by sedimentary rock, formed under seas. This volunteer training program, open to the public, will cover the rock types and the story behind their formation. Program free with regular Interpretive Center admission.
