The Falls of the Ohio is more than a geological wonder, it is a place that has served as a focal point in history.  George Rogers Clark founded Louisville and Clarksville and played a key role in asserting American control over the entire Northwest Territory from the British.  It is also the place that Meriwether Lewis met William Clark to start their famous expedition.   This is the site of the first locks and dam on the Ohio River, as well as one of the first bridges to span the river.  Paul Oliges, amateur Falls historian and 30+ year volunteer will present this very entertaining program.  This program is free to Falls of the Ohio Foundation members and volunteers, otherwise requires museum admission.  Will meet in the auditorium.
