Educator Information
The Falls of the Ohio State Park was created with student experiences in mind. We have been providing K-16 grade educational opportunities since the Interpretive Center opened in January 1994. Please consult any of the six links below to learn more about the various student and teacher-related programs we offer throughout the year. Don't forget to check out the Kid's Page and Discovery Center for activities and resources.
Teachers!
If you come to the Falls after morning rush hour (9:30 -
10:00 AM), the travel time is not significantly different
with the I-64 bridge closed. Alternate routes in the link
below will help you get here with minimal delays.
Alternate directions to the Falls while Sherman Minton Bridge is closed!
This affects schools that come via I-65 southbound and I-64 westbound.
Please be sure your bus drivers are familiar with alternative routes -
especially if you arrive here before 9:30 a.m.
