Leonard Brecher OrnithologyBook CollectionIn 1995 the library of Leonard C. Brecher, a long-time birder from Louisville was donated to the Falls of the Ohio State Park. The Falls was one of his favorite birding sites from the 1930s - 1970s. The park does not have a lending library and the rare books are not available for casual examination in order to preserve them. However, when staff time permits and the room is available, birders are welcome to come in a peruse the collection in our book shelves. An appointment is necessary. Call (812) 280-9970.
